    近日，廈門(mén)第二東通道工程預(yù)制場(chǎng)開(kāi)始首件墩臺(tái)施工，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工人員有條不紊地安裝模版、搭設(shè)鋼筋。

　  Xiamen Second East Corridor Project is a provincial key project. Its sea-crossing bridge section follows the construction concept of "factory, large-scale, standardized, and assembled". The substructure adopts large-scale prefabricated piers. It is the second cross-sea bridge project in China and the first in our province that adopts the vertical dry joint matching prefabrication method. Among them, the prefabrication of piers and abutments is the key process of the entire project. A total of 35 prefabricated piers and abutments are required, divided into 83 components, and the prefabrication period is 18 months.
     廈門(mén)第二東通道工程為省重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，其跨海橋梁段遵循“工廠化、大型化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、裝配化”的建設(shè)理念，下部結(jié)構(gòu)采用裝配式大型預(yù)制墩臺(tái)，是除港珠澳大橋外國(guó)內(nèi)第二個(gè)、我省首個(gè)采用豎向干接縫匹配預(yù)制工法的跨海橋梁項(xiàng)目。其中，墩臺(tái)預(yù)制為整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵工序，共需預(yù)制墩臺(tái)35座，分為83個(gè)構(gòu)件，預(yù)制工期為18個(gè)月。
